This Sunday we continue a study of the Letter to the Ephesians. In today’s passage the writer of Ephesians uses gushing, almost excessive language to describe the power of God within. Maybe it is an attempt to bolster the early churches who, for a number of reasons, were struggling. Or maybe it is simply meant to illustrate the complex and often invisible root system of faith of those “being rooted and grounded in love.”
