Evensong is a traditional service of music, prayers, and readings that has long been a tradition across a broad spectrum of churches and denominations.  Much of the music is characteristic of the service (the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis, for example) as are prayers.  This service is sung by West End UMC’s Sanctuary Choir with their director, Andrew Risinger, playing the organ and directing the choir.  West End’s Senior Minister, Carol Cavin-Dillon, is the liturgist, and Ben Troxler is the cantor.  A pdf of the program with some history of the service, all parts of the service, and the names of the singers is available below for reading and/or downloading.
