For Ever and Ever
The first verses of the Letter to the Hebrews are a feast for “theology nerds” because the author expresses a variety of ways in which Jesus, the Christ, is not only prophet, priest, and king, but is also one and the same with God. How are we to understand these radical and lofty claims in someone whose birth as a poor, vulnerable human infant we have just celebrated? (NOTE: Although the video begins with the Children’s Moment, once it starts you can scroll back to the beginning of the service if you want. The video of the entire service is available to watch. NOTE ALSO: West End had only one, combined worship service today.)
