The Taizé Service of Prayer and Healing is a different kind of worship service. Contemplative in nature, it is one of the ways to get in touch with one’s mystical self in the company of others with a similar intent.  West End has been holding these services regularly for some years, usually on the third Sunday of the month, but now it is being Livestreamed, due to the COVID-19 pandemic during which West End is not hosting congregations.  As she has for years, Sally Ahner leads the service.  The focus of today’s service is somewhat different because of the recent protests and gatherings prompted by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.  The service bulletin that includes the music is available below as a pdf to view or download, and there is an additional sheet with the words for the overlays for two pieces of music.
