Lenten Noon Concert Series 2021 (1st Concert)
This is the first in West End's Noon Lenten Concert series, and it features Nicholas Bergin playing the Moller organ in the church's sanctuary. Bergin is a freelance organist and editor, and his program today features a variety of eras and composers, including Nicolaus Bruhns, J. S. Bach, Frank Bridge, and Grayston Ives. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic and a winter storm, there is no audience in the sanctuary, and the program was videoed early in the week for its premiere on Facebook and YouTube. More about Bergin and the pieces he played may be accessed in the pdf of the program, which is available below.
