Each year West End UMC hosts a series of concerts on Thursdays at noon during Lent, and this first one of Lent, 2025, features West End’s organist and Associate Minister of Music, Andrew Risinger, on the Moller organ.  This concert includes classic pieces by Felix Mendelssohn and J. S. Bach as well as an arrangement of a Billy Strayhorn tune from the 20^th century.  Risinger also plays two pieces from French composers, a number of French organists being among his favorite sources for organ music.
