Jonathan Carle has been a part of the Music Ministry at West End UMC for the past eight years and will soon depart for Memphis where he will serve as pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church. Jonathan will be saying farewell to West End today at 4:30 p.m. in a “Service of Praise and Thanksgiving in Celebration of the Music Ministry of West End UMC.” Composers on the program include: Bach, Handel, Finzi, Malotte, and Vaughan Williams.  The program will also feature congregational hymns, scripture readings as well as organ, piano, and marimba.
